Focus and Scope

The significance of the research journal “Pedagogy” is determined by the sustainability of fundamental ideas of Education science and its practical implementation. Both of them enable fostering multidisciplinary integration grounded by the researchers’ and practitioners’ innovative research discoveries. The variety of themes that encompass all the areas of Pedagogy, Andragogy, Education Management and others also contributes to the significance of the publication. It has to be marked that articles by the authors from foreign countries are published as well. This is the way how new experience gets disseminated in the area of Pedagogical thought. The uniqueness of this publication lies in an immediate response to the most important issues of educational practice that cover all the fields of education, with a particular focus on development of educational aspects through subject didactics that embodies interdisciplinary potential in a natural way, and combines teacher training and practice at school.

Journal policy is in line with the BOAI (Budapest Open Access Initiative) definition and users have the right  to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of these articles.

Peer Review Process

Every article that is sent to be published undergoes the procedure of double blind review. In the cases, when the issues tackled in the article carry an interdisciplinary character, two reviewers from different fields are appointed, one of them necessarily coming from a different institution than the one of the author. If the reviewers disagree upon the quality of the article sent in for publication, a third reviewer is appointed.
